- Increase temperature = higher extraction
- Lower temperature = lower extraction

Medium Fine Grind
- Finer grounds = longer brew time
- Coarser grounds = shorter brew time

Brew Time
24 - 28 seconds
- Short brew time = risk of under extraction
- Long brew time = risk of over extraction

Ratio
1 portion coffee : 2 portions yield
(we use 19g coffee to 38g yield)
- Reduce ratio for stronger tasting coffee (e.g 20g coffee to 38g yield)
Filter / Pourover
