Grown in the pristine high-altitude environments of Hagen in Papua New Guinea's Western Highland Province, these coffee trees benefit from ideal conditions that contribute to their exceptional flavour profile. The process begins with hand-picking the ripe cherries, which are then pulped and undergo a traditional dry fermentation. This method enhances their unique flavors, followed by thorough washing and a meticulous 100% sun-drying process.

Cultivated in Ibiraci (part of the Alta Mogiana region), “Golden Maple” is distinguished by its unique cup profile. With higher altitude and a flat plateau, it produces exceptional quality coffee, primarily from family-run farms embracing innovation. This specialty peaberry selection undergoes meticulous sorting and optimal sun-drying for six days to achieve ideal moisture levels.
